Nursing Assistant Training (CNA)

A comprehensive 75-hour hybrid program combining on-demand online coursework with hands-on skills practice led by your RN instructor. Prepares learners for Minnesota Nurse Aide Competency Exams. Includes translated learning materials in Spanish, Somali, and Hmong.

Trained Medication Aide Training (TMA)

A Minnesota-approved hybrid program that prepares registered Nursing Assistants to safely administer medications in long-term care and assisted living settings. Learners must be active on the Minnesota Nurse Aide Registry to enroll.

OnTrack International


Enroll CNA candidates abroad while they await visa approval. Learners complete 43 hours of online coursework remotely at their own pace, then finish hands-on training and testing after arriving in Minnesota. A head start that shows candidates you’re invested in their success.

Reimbursement pathways available Nursing facilities may be eligible for DHS Nursing Facility Scholarship Program reimbursement. Assisted living providers may qualify for MDH HCBS Employee Scholarship funding. Additional DEED workforce grants may also apply.
