OnTrack International
Global talent. Local impact. Empowering international nurses, aides, caregivers, and their families.
Program Overview
OnTrack International gives Minnesota organizations the ability to enroll learners abroad into OnTrack’s Nursing Assistant program. This supports international nurses and future caregivers in preparing for Minnesota’s long-term care workforce while awaiting visa approval.
International learners complete online training prior to arrival, then finish required in-person skills and testing after they reach Minnesota.

Why Organizations Use OnTrack International
- Leverage visa wait times. Turn immigration waiting periods into productive pre-arrival training time.
- Build strong early connections. Support candidates before they arrive and help them feel welcomed into your organization and community.
- Introduce Minnesota caregiver roles. Help international nurses and future aides understand Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsibilities, expectations, and person-centered care practices.
- Prepare for Minnesota regulations. Educate learners on state-specific standards, documentation requirements, and safety practices to ensure a smooth transition.
Your Roadmap to Global Talent

Action: Once approved, your organization can enroll candidates worldwide into Nursing Assistant training. Note: All payments are handled by the sponsor; learners are never charged.
Action: Learners complete all Nursing Assistant online coursework and digital learning materials from their home country at their own pace.
Action: Once the learner reaches Minnesota, we reactivate their account to finish required in-person skills training and state competency exams.
