Our hybrid approach allows you to learn online at your own pace and build hands-on skills with support from a qualified Instructor.

How OnTrack Works
1. Get Connected to a OnTrack Program
Find an approved OnTrack training site near you. Most sites are employers who require you to be hired by their organization first. Use our map or reach out to our team for assistance.
2. Complete Interactive, Online Learning
Complete engaging modules at your pace, from any location. Activities, scenarios, practice tests, and guided skills help prepare you for real caregiving work.
3. Build Confidence Through Hands-On Skills Practice
Attend scheduled in-person skills sessions led by a qualified RN Trainer at an approved OnTrack location.
4. Choose Your Next Step
After training, you can continue into caregiving roles or take your exams—depending on your program and eligibility.
